MEET THE COACH
Hello, my name is Chaysten Titus. My whole life has been dedicated to fitness. As an aspiring professional soccer player, I spent most of my life focused on training and health related goals. After facing countless injuries, I combined my love for fitness with my desire to be unstoppable. This created what I now refer to as Corrective Calisthenics, and is what you will experience in my program!
