WHAT TO EXPECT


At the start of my fitness journey, I spent countless hours searching for a program that was scaled to a realistic beginner level and was constantly left disappointed. To this day, the term "beginner" in the fitness world is extremely subjective. This inspired me to learn ways to modify exercises so that everyone has a version they can perform! Whether you're doing side planks on your hands, forearms, or assisted with your knees, everyone will have a starting point! (Example below)


Here, you will learn different movements that will help you regardless of your age or fitness level. These exercises have been hand picked after hours of research to provide you with optimal results. My goal is to take the guesswork out of training and provide a functional program that can improve your quality of life!


Each program includes video demonstration and written instruction. I have simplified the information so it is easy to follow along. You can use my programs up to 3x a week, leaving a day of recovery in between or use it in conjunction with your current workout program.
